Synopsis

Artificial intelligence technology refers to machines capable of thinking and performing tasks that typically require human intelligence (Nilsson, 1971). Artificial intelligence technology makes it easier for humans to make strategic and creative decisions thanks to its ability to analyze big data, carry out tasks through automation, and interpret scenarios through simulations. Collective intelligence emerges as a result of the combination of human and artificial intelligence. Interactions that complement and benefit each other occur. As a result of the cooperation between human and artificial intelligence, many advantages are obtained. Thanks to these advantages, new professions, new skills, new job design and new teaching models emerge. As a result of the cooperation between artificial intelligence and human, things are solved faster, decision-making is more accurate, and stronger results can be achieved. The use of artificial intelligence applications within the enterprise leads to the emergence of personalized programs and applications. Additionally, AI-human collaboration fosters collective intelligence, driving more creative and innovative developments. Because the resulting synergy has a positive impact on many factors. First of all, remote working and hybrid working principles are a new job design obtained as a result of artificial intelligence and human cooperation. New professions such as data expertise, artificial intelligence expertise, digital art design are emerging and innovative steps are being taken. In addition, personalized training programs, rapid decision-making and innovative business processes are other positive outputs.
