Synopsis

E-sports has become a rapidly growing industry that affects millions of people. However, in this field, it is of great importance that players maintain their physical and mental health. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition and mindfulness exercises are recommended against problems such as posture disorders, eye fatigue and stress that can be caused by staying in front of a screen for a long time.

E-sports players need to attach importance to ergonomic working environments, regular sleep and social interactions in order to protect their health while increasing their performance. The balance between health and e-sports contributes to the sustainable growth of not only individuals but also the industry. In this article, the relationship between e-sports and health is discussed and practical suggestions are offered for players.
