Synopsis
Sport organizations bring individuals together through physical activity and social interaction and their success depends on effective management and leadership. In this context, the basic principles that need to be considered in the management of organizations, crisis management strategies and the contribution of volunteer management to organizational success are important. For sport organizations to be successful in strategic processes such as planning, budget management and time management, they need to set clear goals, develop strong collaboration with stakeholders and use effective communication strategies. In order to deal with unexpected situations, leaders' ability to make quick decisions, communicate transparently and be prepared by analysing risks in advance is critical to protect the reputation and continuity of the organization.
Volunteers reduce organizational costs and increase community engagement. Effective volunteer management, increasing their motivation and providing the right training directly contribute to the success of the organization. Proper management of these processes is critical to ensure the sustainable success and effectiveness of sports organizations.
