Synopsis
Organizational whistleblowing is an important mechanism in business life as the process of employees reporting unethical or illegal situations to the authorities. This behavior increases accountability within organizations and helps create a more transparent work environment. Organizational whistleblowing not only ensures that employees adhere to ethical and moral values, but also strengthens the organization's internal control systems, which can trigger long-term performance and productivity increases. In particular, the development of an organizational culture based on the principles of transparency and honesty can increase trust in the workplace, which can positively affect employees' motivation and job satisfaction.
