Synopsis

There are many factors that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of businesses and employees in business life. Some of these factors are related to businesses, while others are related to employees themselves. Organizational commitment, in its most general sense, refers to the bond of love and affection that employees feel for their institutions, and studies have shown that employees with a high level of organizational commitment increase the success of their institutions. In this sense, the purpose of the research is to reveal the importance of the concept of organizational commitment in business life. For this purpose, this study will cover the definition and importance of the concept of organizational commitment, the three-dimensional organizational commitment model, the factors affecting organizational commitment, and the results of organizational commitment.
