Synopsis
As a result of globalization, increasing competition conditions have made it necessary for businesses to use scarce resources more consciously, effectively and efficiently. In order to ensure competitive conditions, to create superiority over competitors, to reduce costs, to improve the quality of goods and services, to reduce costs and for similar reasons, they need to shape and incorporate them into their structure depending on the changes in the market. Businesses that adapt quickly to changes in the market can achieve a high level of competitive power against their competitors by offering higher quality, standardized, low-cost goods and services. Today, the weight of increasing competition conditions negatively affects business managers and businesses. Businesses that used to operate with great profitability in the past have not been able to achieve this profitability in recent years and focus on costs and sales data in order to meet the increasing competition and increase or maintain their profitability. In this context, business owners and managers benefit from external resources in order to meet the competition in the areas they serve, to use resources more efficiently, to provide flexibility and to achieve administrative goals such as reducing possible risks. In today's competitive environment, managements see outsourcing as a solution for activities outside of their core activities in order for businesses to use their resources effectively and efficiently. In this way, businesses focus on their core activities that will provide them with a competitive advantage and use resources from businesses that have more basic skills than themselves for other activities that are not within their areas of expertise.
