Synopsis

Artificial intelligence, which entered human life in the last century and has become an indispensable part of human life, and the products related to this technology have become a reality of today. Thanks to the artificial intelligence systems that we often encounter in everyday life, the daily processes of human life are made faster, more convenient and more comfortable. The future of this technological progress, which is thought to be in its early childhood, is a social science problem. Many scientists have made statements that technological progress has some content to the detriment as well as to the benefit of human beings. However, the reality is that artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence-based devices and tools are present in all areas of human life, and this relationship will continue to develop as predicted. This study will provide a brief historical description of artificial intelligence, intelligent technologies and the mechanised world as a whole, and will specifically address the use of artificial intelligence in the field of education. In order to be an original study, it will evaluate the reflection of the use of artificial intelligence in the field of education in our country. In this process, the pedagogical evaluation of the impact of such technologies on human behavioural and cognitive development will be carried out.
