Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) digitizes human resource processes, enhancing productivity and accelerating decision-making. These systems store employee information digitally and provide easy access, enabling more effective communication between managers and employees.

In conclusion, a company's success depends on effectively managing qualified human resources and developing strategies aligned with business goals. Strategically managing human resources is a fundamental element for achieving sustainable success and gaining a competitive advantage.
