Synopsis
Milk and all products derived from milk are important nutrients consumed by every segment of society every day. It has its own unique smell, taste and consistency. Milk is a very important food chain due to its rich content. Milk and dairy products are a food group that almost everyone should consume. Unfortunately, some situations of this food group, which has such an important place, need to be taken into consideration. If not taken into consideration, some health problems can occur. The most important of these problems is the antibiotic residues found in milk.
Today, antibiotic treatments are at the forefront of treatment methods for various diseases. However, antibiotics preferred to cure diseases can also cause some problems in addition to these benefits. Randomly used antibiotics can cause damage to the kidneys and liver, fungus formation, economic difficulties, a decrease in probiotics in the intestines, and a decrease in the benefits of antibiotic use. Probiotics found in the intestines help digestion, produce vitamins B and K, increase immunity, prevent cancer and microbes from increasing, and prevent us from catching diseases. However, 20% of probiotics are destroyed due to randomly used antibiotics, and even if the healthiest conditions are provided, it takes about two years for them to regenerate. In addition, antibiotics used by babies cause this result and it is easier for them to catch diseases when they grow up.
