Synopsis
In Türkiye, the reflections of gender inequality in the workplace is an ongoing problem. Despite many years of gender equality researchs and the active efforts of NGOs in recent years, there is a shortage of reviews of inclusive workplace approaches to promote gender equality in the literature.
In this study, this open space is defined in a way that raises awareness on gender equality in the workplace. Following this definition, implementation strategies for gender equality efforts at the organizational level are discussed. The final section evaluates a comprehensive project that can serve as a role model for practitioners and academics in Türkiye.
