There are many global factors that create a butterfly effect in the rapidly developing and changing world. Understanding what change is and ensuring adaptation to change has been one of the most important issues since the world came into being. With change engineering, radical decisions are made to adapt to change and the management of the implementation process is realized. Change engineering includes applicable features for every sector. It is certain that change is continuous and for all sectors. While carrying out change engineering studies, all aspects of the organization and all employee roles should be taken into consideration with a holistic perspective. The necessity of being able to manage change should be evaluated together with change engineering studies. The aim of this study is to prepare a resource that covers the subject of change engineering in all its aspects by conducting a literature review on change engineering. Change management should be evaluated as a multi-stage process that requires meticulous management of each stage. It is understood that change engineering is very important in terms of making sustainable work by using modern management techniques to ensure that organizations adapt to change and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations.
