The aim of this study is to compare Uludağ, which is one of the values of our country, with the ski resorts in other countries and to examine its strengths and weaknesses in terms of opportunities and threats from a sporty point of view.

In this research, athletes, trainers and administrators who have devoted themselves to skiing were accepted as the research universe. The research sample was accepted by Uludag and skiers from 2 different countries.

Within the scope of the research, S.W.O.T. Analysis was performed. The data obtained from the sample group were compared by comparing the literature.

Research results in Turkey and has been compared with systems in other countries, but enough of the natural formation was found to be inadequate man-made system.
