Synopsis

In this study, the concept of organizational culture, which has a high level of place in the formation of competitive environments in modern organizational structures and has a great contribution and importance in the formation of goals, strategies and policies in the organization, and the concept of organizational culture, which expresses that individuals see the interests of the organization above their own interests, contribute to the life of the organization and always work in the organization. The issue of organizational commitment, which has emerged as an indispensable element, has been investigated. An application was made to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment and the relationship between them. In addition, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational culture and the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment was also examined. The sample of the research consists of 328 employees working in 5 companies operating in 4 sectors in the Kütahya Province Gediz District Organized Industrial Zone

A survey was used as the data collection method in the research. The data obtained from the surveys were analyzed in the SPSS statistical package program. The data were evaluated with reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, normality analysis, correlation analysis, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. According to the results obtained from the research, it is seen that employees who have an organizational culture affect their organizational commitment levels and increase their commitment.
