The field of human resources management is experiencing a significant transformation with the rapid development of technology. Digital innovations, especially Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence, reshape human resources practices and offer a wide range of new opportunities, from employee recruitment processes to training, from performance evaluations to the development of organizational culture. These new technologies make workforce management and employee experience more interactive, efficient and personalized, increasing both the efficiency and employee loyalty of organizations.
