Winter sports activities in Turkey have attracted increasing interest in recent years due to the natural advantages offered by the country's geographical structure and the rapid development of winter tourism. In particular, sports such as skiing and snowboarding are of great interest to both professional athletes and amateurs. This increasing interest in winter sports has paved the way for many researches in the academic field. These studies focus on the effects of winter sports on performance, health and recreation in different disciplines such as sports sciences, physiology, training science and recreation management. In particular, studies on issues such as performance development, training methods, physical and psychological characteristics of athletes have started to take their place in both national and international literature. For these reasons, I think that the compilation of studies on Olympic Skiing Sports in Turkey will contribute to the literature.
