It is important for the world's resources to be used efficiently. In order for these resources to be used efficiently, it is necessary to avoid harmful behaviors and practices. Both socially and institutionally, it is of great importance to value these resources. It is observed that institutions develop various new products, processes, and applications with the aim of adapting to innovations and technologies and ensuring competitiveness. Institutions need to have awareness in this context for sustainability. It is necessary to implement practices within the dimensions of corporate sustainability. The topic is of interest to both institutions and academia. In both contexts, the execution of work and practices emphasizes the importance of the concept of corporate sustainability. The topic of corporate sustainability is addressed in this section. At this point, the aim of this section is to conceptually address the topic of corporate sustainability. In the study, the concept of corporate sustainability, opinions related to the concept, the evolution of corporate sustainability, the dimensions of the corporate sustainability concept, and points related to each dimension are discussed. In the study, corporate sustainability, organizational culture, leadership, strategy, and corporate sustainability performance have been addressed. In this study, where the topic is addressed conceptually, examples of some institutions' corporate sustainability practices are included. It is observed that institutions place importance on corporate sustainability strategies and focus on corporate sustainability practices, setting various goals in this regard. In achieving these sustainability goals, it will be possible to express that corporate sustainability performance and, in this context, issues such as leadership and culture are important.
