Synopsis
Crisis leadership is a leadership style that allows the crisis environment to be ended with minimal damage and transformed into a pre-crisis situation by using appropriate methods and strategies. If implemented well, it can make the post-crisis period more advantageous and stronger for the institution. Quickly implementing the right solutions, making sense and analyzing them, decision making, communication, appropriate resource allocation, creating team spirit, developing a learning culture are the minimum competencies of crisis leadership.
