In recent years, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, employees' perceptions of work-life balance have changed, and if the content of the work is appropriate, it is thought that it is possible to work outside the office or even in other countries by getting to know different cultures and living with people from different societies. This idea has reduced the office costs of business and caused countries to gain qualified humanpower. In this study, the concept of digital nomadism is explained and the practices of the countries in this regard are examined, and the researches on digital nomadism and as a result of these researches, it is mentioned that digital nomadism does not only have positive aspects as it is thought.
