Synopsis

The concept of intelligence has been a building block that has played an important role since the existence of humanity and carried humanity to the depths with its discoveries that push the boundaries of wisdom. However, the fact that pure intelligence is not enough forces us to have different concepts. It forces people to search for humanity and pushes them to a search based on the interpretation and evaluation of their inner values, apart from the visible external appearance of humanity. We can say that conscience is a kind of compass that contains and guides the individual's feelings and value judgements. A human being is not only a being of flesh and bones, but also a being that can think, have the ability to reason, and use his emotions and conscience as well as his logic. In this context, every situation embodied by intelligence is dimensioned within the more abstract and warm approach of conscience. The intertwining of intelligence and conscience on an individual basis will manifest itself in the individual's family, society, working life and all organizational systems. By providing the balance between the logic and insight of the bridge it builds between the intelligence and conscience of the individual and the society; It will facilitate the functioning of decision-making mechanisms. The concept of conscientious intelligence aims to complete the deficiencies in both the nature of the individual and organizational life in today's complex world by integrating the capacity of the human mind with human nature.
