Since longevity or longevity is associated with an increasing number of long-lived individuals around the world each year, these concepts need to be supported and explained by both general (worldwide) and specific (country-specific) research. As a result of the research, it becomes apparent that countries need to create a system for their societies to lead a positive life and to create a system that is coordinated with business life in a similar holistic perspective. At the micro level, it is expressed by the human being making sense of himself and his environment primarily on the basis of psychology and sociology; from a macro perspective, it can draw a current framework for countries to investigate the role of longevity in resource transfer. With this study, detailed definitions of the concepts and their positive contributions have been evaluated not only in the context of the individual's life but also in the context of business life. The current situation in Turkey is expected to help draw a projection for the future.
