Language is the most powerful tool and expression for communication, mutual understanding, and cultural transmission among people. As the fundamental component of thinking and understanding processes, language enables individuals to create a unique world of their own, where values produced are passed down from generation to generation. Cultural heritage is preserved and reproduced through language.
