The physiological and psychological changes that women face throughout their life stages reveal the critical importance of sport and physical activity for health. A sustainable exercise approach aims to improve flexibility, balance and endurance at different life stages by providing a long-term physical activity programme tailored to the individual needs of women. Exercise programmes are tailored to women's personal preferences and living conditions, supporting them to achieve sustainable health goals. In terms of women's health, sport and physical activity are essential elements that play an important role in various life stages. In this framework, specific issues such as bone health, pregnancy outcomes, cancer and menopause were also examined and the important role of physical activity in maintaining health during these periods was emphasised.
