The Role of Organizational Justice and Ethical Leadership in Job Satisfaction
Synopsis
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of organizational justice and ethical leadership perceptions of employees on job satisfaction. In the theoretical part of the research, the concepts of organizational justice, ethical leadership and job satisfaction are explained. In the application part of the research, a questionnaire was applied to 400 participants working in different departments of carpet companies that produce within the borders of Gaziantep province, with the convenience sampling method, in order to explain the hypotheses developed. “Organizational Justice Scale”, “Ethical Leadership Scale” and “Job Satisfaction Scale” were used as data collection tools in the research and the data obtained from the employees were analyzed. According to the results of the research; it has been determined that the ethical leadership understanding of the employees affects their job satisfaction levels. At the same time, it has been determined that organizational justice has a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction.
