Synopsis

Organization; It refers to social structures that come together for certain goals, consist of at least two people and are in constant interaction with the external environment, and all the values ​​that these structures create during their development periods and carry to the next generations are called culture. All organizations have their own culture and order. Organizational culture is the collection of rules, habits and beliefs that determine the behavior of its members.

Schools, one of the important institutions of the information society, are organizations that create, transfer and disseminate information. Each school has its own personality, and this phenomenon, which can also be called climate, is called school culture. The communication and interactions of institutional staff, students and teachers are indicators of school culture. Organizational culture in educational institutions; It must have a structure that is modern, innovative, cares about its members and helps their development.

In this context; Organizational culture, or in other words, school culture, in schools where education is given in the field of health; It plays an important role in identifying change and development needs for qualified education, in creating a positive school environment for all members of the school organization, and in providing efficient tasks in health organizations through graduates.
