Synopsis

Digital technologies are at the center of the digital marketing concept, which emerged and continues to exist with the digital developments. In this marketing approach, digital technologies are used in every field, from consumers to brands, from customer relations to marketing communication. However, the new marketing concepts that have emerged and the effects of digital on marketing are discussed in different chapters in this book.
