Within the framework of this plan, Zionism, which first received the support of the USA, England and France, made great efforts to eliminate or neutralize the second obstacle, the Vatican. At the beginning of 1919, he published a work called "Joseph Jacobs, Contribution of the Jews to Civilization, New York 1919" by a Jewish writer. This work started a strong war against the Vatican. The Vatican, which wanted to face this war openly, declared that Jews would not be allowed to settle in Palestine in any way. However, this policy implemented by the Vatican between 1922 and 1933 changed after 1933 under the pressure of Zionism and was completely shelved. After 1936, Zionism again targeted the Vatican. It was published in February 1936 in a British Catholic Newspaper with the article "Jewish Peril". Although the Vatican wanted to resist the attack, it could not avoid being a victim of Zionism. He was even accused of being violently anti-Semitic.
