Digital leadership, in its most general definition, means the implementation and use of leadership approaches suitable for the digital age. Today, when digital transformation comes to the fore, leaders with digital skills and competencies come to the fore. Digital leaders are people who use the opportunities offered by technology, do not resist change and innovation, have a developing mindset, develop creative ideas and integrate these ideas with the business. From this perspective, today's businesses will need leaders who can realize digital transformation and have a command of digital technology. The aim of the study conducted in this context is to provide a broad perspective on the subject by conducting a literature review on digital leadership.
