FinTech is a swiftly evolving and dynamic industry that can greatly benefit from information and communication technology advances. In addition to this, it can also present prospects for developing new services and business models. For FinTech companies to distinguish themselves in an increasingly competitive climate, they require proficient abilities in public relations. The incorporation of public relations and digital communication practices can promote adaptation and innovation, benefiting companies in the FinTech sector. As the FinTech market evolves, concepts such as security and brand awareness become essential in consumer, business, and investor relations, elevating the significance of public relations and its applications in the fintech industry. This study aims to assess the correlation between FinTech and public relations within the current literature by emphasizing the significance of public relations tactics for the fintech sector. It aims to explore the connection between public relations strategies and financial technology issues, highlighting factors such as trust, compliance, consumer satisfaction, B2B and B2C dynamics, as well as investor relations in the fintech industry. Additionally, the study aims to investigate significant factors in investor relations and financial communication within the FinTech industry from a financial public relations perspective.
