Synopsis

People need food to survive, and they want to be sure that any food they buy is safe food. Hygienic conditions should be needed in the process from purchasing each food to reaching the consumer. Food safety management systems have been established for hygiene and sanitation rules, and trained personnel are needed for the implementation of these systems and the implementation of this system.

Food safety systems, the need of businesses for food safety systems and the problems that may be encountered when the document is not obtained are mentioned.
