Evaluation of the Relationship between Organizational Identification and Teamwork Attitude: A Research in the Health Sector

Synopsis

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational identification and teamwork attitude levels of nurses, who make up the vast majority of healthcare sector employees, where the most exceptional examples of teamwork are applied, as well as to determine whether there is a significant difference in some socio-demographic characteristics of participants and their views on organizational identification and teamwork attitude levels. İn this study, it is assumed that there is a significant relationship between the teamwork attitudes and organizational identification of health Decients working in a hospital, where teamwork is inevitable in almost every unit.

For these purposes, a face-to-face or online questionnaire was applied to 115 nurses working at a university hospital. The data obtained as a result of the survey application were analyzed with the SPSS program. As a result of the conducted analyses, it has been found that there is no statistically significant relationship between organizational identification and teamwork attitude levels. Dec. The average scores of the participants obtained from the scales were calculated as 18.20 (±5.30) for organizational identification and 111.65 (±11.06) for teamwork attitude levels. It was found that nurses did not show a significant difference in terms of organizational identification levels, age, gender, marital status, educational status, working time in the institution; there were significant differences according to the way of working, place of birth, emotional states while working.
