This selection process defines the decision-making action. Decision making is an indispensable part of human life, and people sometimes make decisions, albeit unintentionally. However, some decisions can be much more complex, uncertain and high risk. Therefore, decision-making approaches have been developed in management sciences and play an indispensable role in management processes.
