Synopsis

In every phase of life, situations are encountered that require choosing among many alternatives related to various actions and events. These situations lead people to find solutions and force them to make choices. The decision-making process results in the selection of one or more of the alternatives that reach the goal within the framework of certain criteria. This selection process defines the decision-making action. Decision making is an indispensable part of human life, and people sometimes make decisions, albeit unintentionally. However, some decisions can be much more complex, uncertain and high risk. Therefore, decision-making approaches have been developed in management sciences and play an indispensable role in management processes. This research was conducted with the aim of showing that the concept of "decision making" has a profound effect on every aspect of life. In addition, Excel applications that express decision-making processes are included.
