Synopsis

There are many hardships that people struggle with throughout their lives. These can be global issues such as natural disasters, geographical problems, epidemics. Since the structure of each person differs from person to person, everyone's reaction to global issues or the way each person struggles are not the same. Elements such as everyone's lifestyle, lifestyle, social life, psychology are effective in the person's resilience against major events. The resistance of people who have encountered a negative event such as a natural disaster, natural disaster or epidemic before and people who have never encountered such events is not equal. Therefore, not everyone should be expected to give the same reaction. With the sudden emergence of an epidemic that affected the whole world, people have become unsure of what to do and how to behave. As a result of the measures taken with the emergence of the epidemic, people had to evolve their lives into a completely different life. Social lives were restricted, education and training were arranged remotely, working lives were moved to homes. Along with all this, people who had no idea about the epidemic that emerged, took on negative moods such as panic, anxiety, stress, depression, uncertainty and fear. With the prolongation of the pandemic process, these negative moods gradually increased. People who were afraid to even go to the market when the pandemic started, tried to overcome their fears by getting used to this situation as time passed, or by making a habit of their fears. Even wearing a mask was strange at first, but after 1.5 years, people who did not wear masks started to feel strange. Along with all these, people experience fear, uncertainty, stress, etc. at first started to decrease to a minimum. Just as human beings are biologically immune to any disease, they can become immune to psychological events after a certain period of time.
