The role of information and communication technologies in pharmacy is becoming increasingly important as the healthcare profession continues to evolve from a product-oriented to a patient-oriented profession. Although there are concerns that digital pharmacies and the traditional pharmacy profession may be threatened, it has been noted that these practices will not replace the empathy, face-to-face communication and many other services in real pharmacies. With the COVID-19 epidemic, there was concern about the disruption of education, but education continued in many parts of the world thanks to digital technologies. It has been argued that in the ever-changing healthcare and education environment, it is necessary to aim for the highest efficiency with new pedagogical strategies. digital solutions; traditional pharmacy services such as medication compliance, medication tracking and health literacy development for patients; for the pharmacy, it is thought to support costs and facilitate services.
