In this study, which is about the Northern Cyprus Judiciary, explanations were made about the importance of judicial activity from the three powers of the state, then the courts were classified according to different criteria and their duties and jurisdictions were determined. The aim of this study is to determine which court can be applied to in case of a dispute and to give clear information about which court to apply to against the decisions made by these courts. Legal regulations regarding courts have taken place in different laws in Northern Cyprus law. In our study, these relevant laws have been determined, and court decisions have been used whenever possible due to the case law feature of the common law system.
