Synopsis
The effectiveness of gamification techniques in modern organizational structures is gaining increasing significance when examined from the perspective of temporal relativity and flow theory. The theoretical framework of this research is based on the integration of the concept of 'temporal relativity,' inspired by Einstein's theory of relativity, and Csikszentmihalyi's 'flow theory.' This integration introduces a novel perspective to performance and motivation optimization in workplace environments. The theoretical foundation of the study is structured along two fundamental axes: the temporal relativity dimension and the flow theory perspective. The empirical research conducted specifically within GamFed Turkey presents a structured qualitative analysis through the '24-Hour Ask Each Other Questions' activity. The activity design is constructed upon three fundamental performance metrics: participant interaction metrics, temporal focus indicators, and flow state parameters. These metrics encompass various indicators, including active tagging frequency, question-answer dynamics, and interaction sustainability index. The research findings present a novel theoretical framework for developing corporate gamification strategies and serve as a guiding framework for practical applications. For future research, it is recommended to test similar methodologies across different organizational structures and conduct comparative analyses. This approach will enable the evaluation of the theory's generalizability and practical applicability from a broader perspective.
