Synopsis

This study deeply examines the concept of dynamic capabilities, which stands out as one of the fundamental foundations of the capacity of businesses to adapt to environmental changes in the light of contemporary environmental dynamics such as globalization, technological transformation and increasing market uncertainties. Dynamic capabilities refer to the capacity of a business to continuously restructure its existing resources, develop innovative solutions and produce agile responses in strategic transformation processes, and in this context, play a critical role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

The study also places special emphasis on dynamic leadership practices that enable the effective use of dynamic capabilities. Dynamic leadership encompasses critical functions such as directing strategic decision-making processes, encouraging organizational adaptation and creating a continuous learning environment, beyond the traditional leadership approach alone. The research examines the complex interaction between these two concepts from a multidimensional perspective through relevant theoretical approaches, case studies and application examples, and reveals how leadership behaviors shape and strengthen the dynamic capabilities of businesses. The analyses conducted in the light of the theoretical models and conceptual frameworks prominent in the literature show that dynamic leadership has a central role in increasing the flexibility and adaptability of businesses in their strategic transformation processes. In addition, the study provides strategic suggestions to managers on how the adoption and implementation of this leadership approach can contribute to long-term performance increase by supporting organizational learning processes.

As a result, the study emphasizes that the interaction between dynamic leadership and dynamic capabilities is an important factor in increasing the resilience of businesses against environmental uncertainties; at the same time, it forms the basis of comprehensive discussions for future research to examine this relationship in more depth.
