This study aims to give researchers interested in the topic an idea of the number of academic publications on the topic of the Digital Twin and productivity by year, the journals in which they are published, the distribution of the publications according to their categories, the preferred genres in the publications, the institution where the author works, the organisations that support the publication, the frequently used words in the publications and the relationship between the words. A systematic literature review was conducted to provide an overview of publications on Digital Twin and productivity. The Web of Science (WoS) database was searched using the keywords Quantitative Twin and productivity. The search yielded 300 publications. The publications were classified according to different criteria such as WoS category, year of publication, document type, author's organisation, journal in which the publication was published and organisations that supported the publication. According to the WoS category, the majority of publications in the field of digital twins and efficiency come from the field of engineering. Although this field is new, it can be seen that there are more publications every year since 2017. Among the publications, the article type is the most preferred. Among universities, Beihan University shows the most interest in the topic. It can be seen that organisations based in China and the European Commission are the organisations that provide the most financial support for publications on digital twins and efficiency.
