Synopsis
Instructional materials are tools that facilitate the teaching-learning process, capture students' attention, and enhance their motivation. These materials help concretize knowledge, make learning more permanent, and create effective learning environments by appealing to students' various senses. They assist teachers in delivering content more effectively while also contributing to the development of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills. When selecting instructional materials, factors such as student characteristics, teaching objectives, and teaching methods should be considered. Instructional materials can be of various types, including visual, auditory, audiovisual, and computer-based technologies. Today, computer-assisted instruction and internet technologies make the learning process more interactive and personalized. Digital platforms like the FATİH Project and EBA provide rich content for teachers and students, supporting the effective use of technology in education.
