Digital marketing activities, which are among the trends of the century we are in today, increase the level of competition by using various marketing mix methods to increase the competitiveness of businesses. In parallel with the technological developments, businesses need to pay attention to the elements of phygital, metaverse and social media marketing in terms of their participation in digital marketing activities, gaining an advantage over rival businesses and having high income rates. In this section of the book, it is aimed to discuss the digital marketing mix components in detail on virtual and social platforms in the Phygital, metaverse and social media marketing process and to include the impact of the development process on digital marketing activities. The aim of this book chapter is to comprehensively examine the integration of metaverse and social media in the field of digital marketing and to evaluate how these two innovative platforms can create new opportunities in the marketing world. By providing a wide range of information from the concept of the metaverse to social media strategies, it has been revealed how these two areas can transform marketing strategies and create new marketing opportunities.
