Synopsis

Digital transformation deeply affects organizational structures with the adaptation of technological developments to business processes. In this transformation process, the human factor, the dynamic interaction between technology and the organization plays a critical role. While digitalization redefines the competencies of the workforce, it adds new dimensions to leadership and change management processes. Organizations must develop flexible and agile structures to adapt to innovative technologies. While elements such as artificial intelligence, big data and automation increase the effectiveness of decision-making processes, they also require new strategies in terms of human resources management. Digital transformation is not only a technical process, but also a cultural and managerial paradigm change. A successful transformation requires an integrated management approach that addresses technology with a human-centered perspective. In this context, organizations' ability to achieve sustainable competitive advantage depends on ensuring human-technology-organization harmony.
