Synopsis
Within the scope of the study, the nature, function and basic components of political power were emphasized, the transformation of power in relation to the last periods of the current century was discussed and a new projection was tried to be put forward through the new forms and contents that political powers will take in the 21st century in the context of today's new conditions.
The aim of the study is to evaluate the predictions of political power in the 21st century in terms of bureaucracy. In line with this purpose, the literature was reviewed. The study is conceptual and theoretical in nature and is not based on an empirical research. The study also has an original aspect in terms of revealing the new forms that political powers will take in the 21st century and the new components they will have.
As a result of the study, it was stated that especially in the 21st century, political powers will experience changes in form, content and function due to digitalization and technology, democracy crises, populist authoritarian governments, geopolitical and bureaucratic transformations.
