Bureaucracy and Politics: Academic Research from The Perspective of Theories and Ideologies.
Synopsis
Bureaucracy, as one of the fundamental elements of modern state governance, is shaped by political ideologies. This study aims to examine how bureaucratic management is structured within the frameworks of socialism and liberalism, as well as the effects of both ideologies on bureaucracy. Socialism adopts an approach based on central management and state control, while liberalism emphasizes individual freedoms and free market economy. The impacts of these two ideologies on bureaucracy reflect upon management structures and practices, making a thorough analysis of the topic crucial.
The research method used in this study is comparative analysis. Accordingly, the institutional structures, operational mechanisms, and effects on the public of socialist and liberal bureaucratic systems will be evaluated comparatively. Data collection methods include literature review, analysis of existing political approaches, and examination of historical developments. The findings obtained within this framework aim to illuminate the different effects of both ideologies on bureaucracy and the reflections of these structures in society.
