Synopsis

Tennis is a sport that requires a high level of combination of basic motor characteristics such as speed, endurance, strength, agility and coordination. These traits play a critical role in tennis players' success in sports. In particular, motor factors such as strength, speed and agility are factors that directly affect tennis performance, and each of them has a decisive effect on different aspects during the match. In this context, in this section, where the effect of basic motor characteristics on tennis is examined, as a result; It can be said that strength, speed, endurance, agility and coordination play a vital role in player success in the sport of tennis.
