Synopsis
Digital transformation in e-commerce requires businesses to adapt to innovative technologies and invest in these technologies. In this process, competitive advantage can be achieved by utilising advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, internet of things and blockchain. In this study, the concepts of e-commerce and digital transformation are discussed and the technologies and strategies that are effective in the digital transformation of e-commerce are revealed. In this context, concepts such as data analytics, personalisation, customer experience, mobile and social media integration, cyber security and data privacy come to the fore in the digital transformation of e-commerce.
