Synopsis

This study examines the strategic importance of retention strategies in the retail sector in strengthening brand-customer relationships and maintaining competitive advantage. Data-driven and insight-based approaches enable brands to respond to customer expectations more accurately and promptly, while opportunities provided by digital transformation contribute to making retention strategies more innovative, dynamic, and personalized. The study discusses strategic methods for providing personalized customer experiences through multi-channel and omni-channel strategies, data analytics, and AI-supported marketing applications. Additionally, the role of digital technologies and data analytics in the future development of retention strategies is evaluated. In conclusion, the importance of retail brands' ability to swiftly adapt to changing consumer expectations, develop proactive strategies, and maintain customer-centric practices is emphasized for long-term market success.
