Synopsis

One of the most important strategies to be determined in the field of marketing is to be able to create strategies that need to be implemented in supply chain management. Today, it is very important for retail companies, which are increasing day by day, to take the necessary precautions in inventory management, to determine distribution channels in the most effective way and to create logistics channels in order to provide optimization in supply chain management. This section aims to provide explanations regarding supply chain optimization, inventory management strategies and determination of distribution channels.
