Synopsis
The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of distributive justice in the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. Data was collected by applying a survey to 582 participants working in four and five star accommodation establishments operating in Marmaris District of Muğla Province. Within the scope of the study, validity and reliability analyzes of the scales were performed and structural equation model (SEM) analysis was performed by applying AMOS statistical software to determine the relationships between variables. In the research, firstly, studies on the relationship between perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and distributive justice variables were included, independent, dependent and mediating variable issues were discussed in detail and a comprehensive literature review was carried out. As a result of the analyses, it was revealed that perceived organizational support positively affected the job satisfaction and distributive justice variables and that distributive justice had a partial mediating effect on the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction.
