These tasks are important for the continuity of patient treatment and improving the quality of health services.

Medical secretaries' effective organisational skills, communication skills and competence in using digital health systems are the key to success in this field.
Increasing vocational training and development opportunities will increase the performance and productivity of medical secretaries, which in turn will increase the performance and productivity of health institutions.
