Organizational development aims to increase employee commitment and sustainable performance while also aiming to adapt to environmental changes. The development process is a strategic and long-term study and consists of diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Leadership skills and change resistance management also play a critical role in this process. In the modern business world, organizational development is also shaped by trends such as digital transformation, agile management, artificial intelligence and improving employee experience. While digitalization accelerates the processes of businesses, it supports approaches that provide flexibility such as information management and remote working. The transformational approaches of leaders and the participation of employees in change processes are important elements that support the sustainability of this success. Organizational development is a very important point as a basic strategy for businesses to adapt and create innovative structures in today's dynamic market conditions.
