Synopsis
Change, which cannot be reversed or prevented, reshapes individuals, families, society, politics, economy and management structure in organizations. Change and the modern approaches/dynamics that direct it play a critical role in providing competitive advantage. Nowadays, large-scale changes are taking place in every sector and field. In the modern world order, in an environment where the unlimited and correct use of information has become indispensable, it is realized that a single model is not sufficient for sustainable superiority for organizations and the continuous development of modern management dynamics has become mandatory. In this context, it is seen that the management approach in organizations has seriously moved away from the classical perspective in recent years. Therefore, in order to survive, organizations need to adapt their management systems to this new understanding and select and train their leaders according to the requirements. Based on this, current management issues are discussed in this book in order to help organizations better understand their management approaches in the light of the effects of change.
Based on the assertion that the modern world can be built on modern management dynamics, this book titled "Modern Management Dynamics in Organizations" has been prepared. The book in question consists of the works of expert academics and independent researchers working at different universities, in eight separate chapters.

While preparing this book, I would like to thank my late father, Op., Dr. Mustafa Çıkmaz who gave me the greatest support in my life and was always my guide. I would like to commemorate.
